If you get an error not allowing to run the installer on Windows 10, there are a couple of things you'll have to do to run the setup.
Right-Click on the Start menu, and select "Command Prompt (Admin)"
After clicking yes to the admin prompt, you have to "Change Directory" to your downloads folder.
Assuming the file is in your "Dowloads" folder, type "CD %USERPROFILE\Downloads" (windows is not case sensitive) and press Enter.
Single-click the file, wait a couple of seconds, then click the title once, and wait a couple of seconds. When it changes to the typing box, right-click and select copy.
Back in the command prompt, type a quote (") then press Ctrl+V, then type a closing quote (") and press Enter
